Return and Refund Policy

At Mario, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. To facilitate a smooth return process, please review the following terms and conditions:

General Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within seven (7) working days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging, including the unit carton, and must include all original accessories and any free gifts, if applicable.

  • A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the return.

Opened Product Returns:

  • In cases where the product packaging has been opened, a restocking fee of 15% of the item's value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase or in the form of Mario store credit/vouchers, depending on the situation and customer preference.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following categories:

  • All Accessories

  • Software

  • Movie, Music, and Gaming Titles

  • Ink Cartridges and Toners

  • Watches

  • Personal Care Products

Delivery Methods : 

Standard Home Delivery

  • Free Delivery is available for all orders with a total value of AED 250 or above within our designated delivery areas.

  • A delivery charge of AED 20 will apply to orders below AED 200.

  • Delivery timeframes depend on the location and item availability but generally fall within standard delivery schedules.

Express Delivery

For customers who require urgent delivery, we offer a same-day Express Delivery service:

  • Guaranteed within 4 hours, for eligible orders placed before 4:00 PM.

  • Free for orders with a total value of AED 1,000 or above.

  • A fee of AED 49 will apply for express delivery on orders below AED 1,000.

  • This service is applicable only on select products and for eligible delivery locations.

Click & Collect (Store Pick-up)

  • Our Click & Collect service allows you to order online and pick up your items from the nearest Mario Phone Stores.

  • Simply choose the most convenient store during checkout.

  • This service is completely free of charge.

  • Orders must be collected within 5 days from the order date. Uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled.
